• The tourist tax paid to the municipality is in extra according to the number of adults

 

Rental contract and registration of the reservation

• A rental contract is sent for all reservations, it must be returned signed within 8 days from the date, accompanied by payment by Swift or Paypal of 50% of the rental amount for deposit and registration of the reservation

• The balance of the stay of 50% must be paid 60 days before the start of the stay on the date.

• A security deposit is requested for possible damage, by uncashed check

• All linen and towels are furnished

Cancellation 

In high season, a 100% refund is made for any stay canceled more than 60 days from the planned start date of the stay. If cancellation is made after the indicated date no refund will be made

Arrival and departure time

Arrival are planned starting at 5.30 pm

Departure time is no later than  9h30 am
